Racquel Asa is the Senior Director of External Affairs for The Central Florida Expressway Authority. CFX is a regional transportation agency committed to connecting and expanding access throughout Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. Through it’s 125- mile expressway network, innovative programs and initiatives and customer-focused approached, CFX meets customers where they are, where they are going and where they are coming from.

Racquel brings nearly 20 years of storytelling experience with a customer and community focus to the Senior Director of External Affairs role. She is responsible for developing integrated, comprehensive and strategic engagement to all members of the Central Florida Community. She believes in a community-based approach that focuses on solutions that deliver benefits for all.
