JC Asencio is the current Ecosystem Partnerships Manager at Wisk Aero, where he’s a key player in advancing Autonomous Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) across the Eastern USA. With roles ranging from Operations Systems Engineering Lead to establishing Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes at Wisk Aero, JC has been instrumental in shaping the future of electric vertical take-off and landing vehicles (eVTOL). A University of Florida alum with a BS in Aerospace Engineering, he’s deeply committed to sustainability and has a passion for educational outreach. JC’s expertise in partnerships management, policy analysis, and MBSE, combined with his fluency in Spanish and love for jazz vocals and piano, highlight his multifaceted skills and interests that extend well beyond the aerospace sector.
