Tomer previously served as Natali Healthcare Solutions’ VP of Business Development. Additionally, Tomer was the VP of Business Development at Petroleum & Energy Infrastructures Ltd. Tomer holds an MA in Energy Management from the University of Haifa and a BA in Management from Ben-Gurion University.
