We Invite You to Participate

Posters facilitate informal discussions between presenters and their audience and provide an intimate forum for the exchange of information and ideas. Well-constructed posters will be self-explanatory and answer stated questions, allowing the presenter to supplement and discuss particular points of interest. Posters will be judged while on exhibit at the 2017 FAV Summit, and top-rated posters will be given awards. Successful poster presenters are those who achieve coverage and clarity on topics relevant to the 2017 FAV Summit.

POSTERS

Registered 2017 FAV Summit attendees are invited to submit up to two posters detailing a project or research related to automated, connected, electric, or shared vehicles and industries.

Requirements

  • Poster dimensions must be 40’’ x 30” and in landscape orientation.
  • Posters must be printed on semi-gloss paper and mounted so they can be placed on an easel. Easels will be provided.
  • Company or project information and contact information must be included on the poster.
  • Bring your poster to the Summit for setup by 8:00 am Tuesday, November 14.
  • Be prepared to present and answer questions concerning your poster on Tuesday, November 14,
    from 5:30–7:00 pm during the Summit poster session. You must be present for poster judges.
  • Up to two (2) submissions are allowed per individual company or affiliation.

  • Coverage and clarity
  • Applicability to 2017 FAV Summit topics
  • Overall design

Poster Deadlines

October 1, 2017:

Submit official poster title and abstract to CUTR

October 15, 2017:

Email PDF of final poster to CUTR

November 14 & 15, 2017:

Posters on display

November 14, 2017:

Poster session and judging (5:30 pm–7:00 pm)
