Len Becker is a Senior Vice President with HNTB, a nationally recognized infrastructure solutions firm. With over two decades of experience in transportation, Len is passionate about delivering transformative mobility solutions to transportation agencies. At HNTB, Len is engaged in strategic initiatives that integrate cutting-edge technology with innovative design to create next-generation transportation systems. His expertise spans tolling systems, managed lanes, connected and autonomous vehicles (CAV), and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). Len has played a pivotal role in advancing mobility projects that enhance safety, efficiency, and resiliency in both urban and regional settings. A licensed professional engineer in the State of Michigan, Len holds BS and MS degrees in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University and is an active member of national transportation organizations, including ITS America, IBTTA, ACEC and WTS.
