Dr. Erez Agmoni is Co-Founder and General Partner at Interwoven Ventures, investing in early-stage robotics, AI, and automation startups transforming supply chains and industrial operations. He sources opportunities, guides portfolio companies, and builds partnerships across the venture ecosystem.

Previously, Erez served as Global Head of Innovation at Maersk, leading the Maersk Innovation Center’s three pillars—Automation, Digital, and Product Innovation—and fostering collaborations with internal teams, customers, academia, government, and venture partners.

With over 25 years of global experience in supply chain management, freight forwarding, logistics, engineering, and digital innovation (AI, Machine Learning, Digital Twins, Computer Vision, and more), he excels in creating sophisticated, scalable solutions for complex supply chain challenges.

Erez holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, a Master’s in Telecommunication Science, and a PhD in Organizational Development. His career has spanned Israel, Asia, and Latin America, and he is now based in New Jersey, USA.

Beyond work, Erez is married with three children, enjoys traveling, hiking, and mountain biking, and is a licensed private pilot. Fluent in Hebrew, English, and Thai, with beginner-level Japanese, he embraces new cultures and lifelong learning.
